About our firm
Westminister Family Law

Our Attorneys

  • Westminister Family Law works on a contingency fee basis, which means clients do not pay upfront legal fees. Instead, attorney fees are paid only if compensation is successfully recovered in the case.

  • This structure allows individuals and families to pursue legal representation without worrying about paying out-of-pocket legal costs during an already difficult time.

  • At Westminister Family Law, the Fee Is Free™—you only pay if the firm wins your case. You can start with a free case evaluation to learn more about your legal options.

  • What happens after I contact Westminister Family Law?

  • After contacting Westminister Family Law, the first step is typically a free case evaluation. During this conversation, a member of the legal team will review the details of your situation and help determine whether you may have a potential claim.

  • If the firm moves forward with the case, a legal team will begin investigating the circumstances of the incident. This may include gathering evidence, reviewing records, speaking with witnesses, and working with experts when necessary.

  • Throughout the process, clients are kept informed about the progress of their case while the legal team works to pursue fair compensation through negotiation or litigation when appropriate.

  • Why should I choose Westminister Family Law?

  • Choosing a law firm is an important decision, especially after a serious accident or loss. Westminister Family Law has built its reputation on standing up for individuals and families against powerful corporations and insurance companies.
